AnalysisTop-24.2 top parton history update

This MR addresses ANALYSISTO-1338

I.e. finish migrating the TopPartonHistories in R24 properly. Namely, we need to do the stitching of truth collections instead of attempting to blindly retrieve TruthParticles, which don't exist in DAOD_PHYS anymore.
