Trying to fix issue with retrieval of NSW Pad Trigger container

This tries to fix a problem introduced in !63177 (merged) in which the NSW PadTrigger Key wasn't set correctly resulting in empty stgc pad trigger monitoring plots pinging @estel and @sfuenzal for information
