Add option to construct MET_Core and METAssoc with LRT electrons and muons

Add option to construct MET_Core and METAssoc with LRT electrons and muons. This is needed to build MET with LRT leptons without errors. Added to LLP1. Currently in separate collections, but it should be considered to remote this new collection and add them to the default map in the future. This is a 2.8 kb/evt (1000 ttbar events).
