LAr AP fixes

This brings LAr calibration data processing to give exactly the same results as currently used production version. Changes are only in special calibration processing, no change in standard mc/reco workflow Once this is merged, we will switch uour production version to rel. 23

Build area was cleaned as per request posted in the DB. The full software build will be performed
