SimulationJobOptions: put location of param_card.dat on the DATAPATH, so that the file is found by get_files for RHadrons production

due to the changed syntax in MG JOs, the param_cards.dat are now created in a subdirectory of cwd, this subdirectory is now added to the DATAPATH to fix the crash in RHadrons simulation discussed in ATLASSIM-6687
