TLA grid ART test fix

Teng Jian Khoo requested to merge khoo/athena:TLA-recotest-grid into 23.0

It seems that !65181 (merged) worked mostly as intended, and runs successfully on more events, but was classified as a build test via the comments, which is fixed here.
