add DRAW_TAULH output to Run 3 data TCT tests

Add testing of this recently-introduced DRAW format, which will eventually be produced regularly at Tier0. Verified with 64 events.

test_drawProcessing_data23.sh will be updated later on too to check the DRAW_TAULH -> DAOD_L1CALO1TAULH step (that's probably not the correct name), once a suitable input will be available.
