Use the Trk::TrackStates typedef in relevant places

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:use_Trk__TrackStates into main
  • Use the Trk::TrackStates typedef in the places we deal with what Tracks "gets"/returns" rather the long form
  • The same for the MTSOS case
  • Since MR !65153 (merged) we can cast the full container not just the elements , try to use this in the Cnv
