Remove PileupSwitch override in IDPVM config

Overriding the PileupSwitch in IDPVM for standard truth samples while PileUp truth setting is required is likely to get unnoticed with a simple WARNING message. Updating the config to avoid this override, in favour of an explicit ERROR returned by the tool, since it will try to access the non-existing TruthPileupEvents collection.
