Simulation/SimulationJobOptions/share/specialConfig/preInclude.RHadronsPythia8.py needed to be updated in the same way as other special configuration job options files so that the jobs will be configured correctly when also running quasi-stable particle simulation.

Part of the fixes for ATLASSIM-6687.
