Attempting to further fix the SUSY Weight metadata config

This completes the CA setup of the SUSY weights tool. Seems to now be getting the correct weights into the output file, and everything runs without any concerning CA messages. Thanks to @jcatmore for the help.

Note: cleaned up description to no longer say that there's an error message, since there isn't 😄
