Remove MuonSelectionTool from BTagMuonAugmenter

As discussed within the FTAG group https://indico.cern.ch/event/1321669/contributions/5562259/attachments/2708860/4703469/23.09.05%20Issue%20with%20BTagMuonAugmenter%20configuration.pdf the configuration of the MuonSelectionTool used in the BTagMuonAugmenter cannot automatically be adjusted to geometries with/without CSC detectors. As this is not currently used for any study, the tool is dropped from the BTagMuonAugmenter class. In case it is to be reintroduced in the future, a different structure would be needed to allow for its proper configuration.
