Reducing size of JETM1, JETM12

Chris Malena Delitzsch requested to merge cdelitzs/athena:main-JETM1-cleanup into main

First step in reducing the sizes of the JETMX derivations:

(1) Removing R = 0.4 EMPFlow CSSK jets from JETM1 (around 16 - 18 kb / event) and only store the small-R UFO NoPtCut container in MC (needed for MC)

(2) Anything related to R = 0.4 EMTopo jets is removed from JETM12
