Yet more b-tagging noise removal

More b-tagging tools making uninvited noise (I missed a few things in !65556 (merged)). This should make b-tagging quiet if the user has only requested warnings.

Note to @wleinone: in the future please make sure you test your changes with the output level set to WARNING: the flavor tagging tools should only print warnings if they are being used in a way that definitely invalidates the physics results.
