Tune MetaReader for AnalysisBase

Tune MetaReader for AnalysisBase:

• disable full and iov modes
• cast beam_energy to int to match Athena
• mark everything IS_PHYSICS as I doubt people will use AnalysisBase for anything else

Hi @tadej, thanks for this! What is IS_CALIBRATION used for, exactly? Is it only for calib stream data? Or only specific runs?
