Update Calibration Hit Decoration Calculations

Mark Hodgkinson requested to merge atlas-particleflow-software/athena:mhodgkin_fixCaloHits_Aug23 into main

This adjusts these calculations such that we save the leading N truth energy deposits per calorimeter cluster ordered in calibration hit energy, rather than truth particle generated energy (note these are not saved in production workflows and hence the AOD content do not change). Also adjusted the default number of contributions to save from 3 to 20, which reflects the optimal number for CP studies that has been found.
