Update B-physics HLT han config for HI runs

This is a complete update of B-physics HLT heavy-ion config file that was not updated since Run-2 HI data-taking. The pp (collisions_run.config) was taken as a baseline, removing unnecessary histograms corresponding to the chains not present for HI. References lines are also updated to include physics_HardProbes and physics_UPC streams as was done for other signatures in ATR-28255.

Test web display made with a recent reprocessing from ATR-28216: https://atlasdqm.cern.ch/webdisplay/test/1139/physics_EnhancedBias/run_367273/run/HLT/TRBPH/ (references are not shown yet before !65946 (merged) is merged with the updated ones).
