Draft: have getBJetSequenceCfg return MenuSequenceCA

Lars Beemster requested to merge lbeemste/athena:main-bjet-MenuSeqCA into main

This should be the last step in the CA migration for the trigger bjet signature. It also removes the TrigBjetBtagHypoAlgCfg since it is, and never was, used.

This should close ATR-26787 as completed, but does leave some legacy code that will have to be removed after validation.
