new test triggers for HH->bbtautau

there are several possible improvements to the HH->bbtautau trigger strategy being looked into, but we need to get a handle on CPU usage for the options on the table. Here I'm adding several Dev menu triggers to scan the CPU usage and rate across those options in an upcoming reprocessing.

This is a scan over tau ID WP, tau pT threshold, whether the tau ID runs in probe mode or not, b-tagging WP, and two options for the 4 jet pT thresholds (65 40 25 20 vs 75 50 25 20).
