Update PFlow ART Tests

Mark Hodgkinson requested to merge atlas-particleflow-software/athena:mhodgkin_fixPFlowTests into main

Updates to test scripts such that ART will pick up ERROR messages in log files. Bug fix to python config that runs pflow + jets + met from ESD, such that needed global container links are created.
