Trigger test wiht new HI data and menu

Merged Tomasz Bold requested to merge tbold/athena:prepare-hi-test into 23.0

This MR adds new test that runs HLT on data that was just taken.

Relared to: ATR-27803

At the memoment the test runs only HLT & filtering steps. Reco steps for UPC an HP fail.

The MR is based on @asmaga work as can be seen from commits history. Butnow she is busy with more important things so I try to complete.

    Given that this realy got quite some attention from ultimate experts let me merge it. It would be very important to be able to see this test results after every nightly. Basically this is the only relevant test for online operations.
