Change name of Zdc Trigger Monitoring algorithm to better describe functionality in debugging

The Zdc Trigger Monitoring Algorithm displayed the name FwdZDCMonitoringAlg. In order to distinguish from the more general Zdc monitoring (!65155 (merged)), the name of this Algorithm was changed to be FwdZDCTrigMonitoringAlg.
