TrigNavTools: remove harcoded chain used to test Run2->Run3 trigger navigation conversion

Hello,

As we intend to run a large scale test of the Run2->Run3 trigger navigation conversion, we need to drop the chain that was hardcoded for validation purpose.

@wprzygod , could you please confirm that the change is correct?
