MuonGeoModelTestR4 - Add Tgc comparison macro & misc

  • runGeoModelTest: Configure the detectors in use via the argument parser
  • MdtGeoModelTest: Write XML table to indicate on which side the readout cards of a chamber belong to --> We can then remove the hardcoded logic in the MdtReadoutGeomTool in the near future
  • Add various checks in the RPC & Mdt geometry comparison macros
  • Introduce the new runTgcGeometryComparison macro to cross-check the new Tgc readout geometry with the legacy one.
