Turn HLT-MET monitoring off for HeavyIon-reconstruction

The Tier0 logs of the ongoing HeavyIon processing show a long list of warnings like:

SGInputLoader                                          0     0 WARNING unable to find proxy for  ( 'xAOD::TrigMissingETContainer' , 'StoreGateSvc+HLT_MET_tc' )

because the inputs of HLT-Met Monitoring are not part of the input file. This MR turns HLT MET monitoring off for HeavyIon reconstruction. This reduces the number of per-Event WARNINGS from 73 to 41.
