Add new electron ID+CF DNN WPs to derivations

Modifying the code already implemented in R.21 to re-compute the electron DNN scores and check if the mva discriminant passes the threshold for each working point. Now it has been included a second discriminant for CF electrons such as each electron should satisfy a combination of cuts on boths for each working point. The list of variables used in the training has been slightly changed, so it has been also updated in the code including SCTWeightedCharge and replacing d0 by q * d0.
