Actually use provided global alignment pixel conditions data.

Use provided global alignment conditions data rather than overriding it with the global alignment from the detector store. This behaviour is selectable via property. By default the original behaviour is chosen and the global pixel alignment conditions data is ignored and replaced by the data stored in the detector store.
