Fixes for Run4 DigitizationTestsMT ART jobs (ATLASSIM-6933)

DigitizationTestsMT: Run4 jobs The input minbias HITS files for the Run4 DigitizationTestsMT ART jobs are old and contain TruthJet containers which include some xAOD::Jet variables which are not valid for TruthJets. Therefore these leaves are filled with NaNs.By default diff-root treats the comparison of two NaNs as a "difference", so the easiest thing is to block these non-valid leaves from the comparisons.
