Added a script to modify LHE files generated by Madgraph for UPC dilepton processes.

This script is intended to be used for ultraperipheral (UPC) collision processes like y y -> l+ l-.

It follows the algorithms in Generators/Superchic_i/python/LheConverter*.

The "mode" option can be used to apply a hack that ensures compatibility with Tauola.

There are some previous commits in this MR that have already been accepted in !67059 (merged)

I just added the new script (this MR) to the same branch I have locally, and pushed it. Maybe that's why ATLAS Robot says the MR affects Superchic, but there are no changes to it, only for Madgraph.

Sorry if this is not the recommended procedure, I'm still learning how to use gitlab...

Thanks @kbhide ! Just for completeness, why not remove the two SuperChic scripts at the same time, so we really do have a single copy of this code in the repo?
