Small fix for muon overflows in simulation and adding option to read the correct L1Menu by default

A small fix for the muon overflows. The size to decide if an event has overflow is the one of the output list, no the input one. Adding also the option to read the L1 menu of the corresponding run by default, to avoid Hdw/Sim mismatches due to changes in the L1 menu.
