Add explicit retrievers to MuonRetrieversCfg and CaloRetrieversCfg logic (CA config)

Add explicit Muon retrievers to MuonRetrieversCfg() config function according to the setup given in MuonJiveXML_DataTypes.py. Add logic to MuonRetrieversCfg() config function according to CaloJiveXML_DataTypes.py, following the new style config flags.
