Switch to CA-config for FastCaloSim in Geant4

This MR switches the FastCaloSim implementation within Geant4 to use the CA config. Many thanks to @jchapman for the help.

No output differences with 20 ttbar events compared to CG config

Currently, many differences with respect to CG configuraiton observed, also in ID branches. Attaching conf-tool output for reference. Might be result of different ordering of alignment algs? conf_tool.log
