Fix ControlFlow for CA migration (ATR-28476 and ATR-28542)

  • added connections between IM and ROBPretechers for tag and probe
  • corrected configuration for IM for T&P
  • Moved HypoAlg to upper level as in legacy: the SelectionCA is now a CA that contains another CA for the HypoAlg, so that the HypoAlg is only merged later during the CF building.
