ATLASSIM-6904: Fixes for Run-2 RDOtoRDOTrigger step in MC overlay full chain transforms

The --postInclude option for the RDOtoRDOTrigger step in Run 2 MC simulation should follow Rel. 21 usage (like in preInclude).
