Removing more obsolete Simulator Configuration and SimSelector classes

This merge request removes a number of obsolete ISF configurations that will not be supported in the future due to the impracticality of producing recommendations for arbitrary simulation configurations. It also removes a number of SimSelector classes which were used by these configurations and also were not thread-safe.

This should address ATLASSIM-6976
