reconfigure three TCT tests to run with --CA

Julien Maurer requested to merge jmaurer/athena:main-TCT-migration-051223 into main

These three tests are currently failing due to using a now-deprecated running mode. Changing that to have them run properly again. Tested with ~10 events.

Also deleting three old tests using input data from 2021 pilot runs.
