Fix decoration warnings in LeptonTaggers
The partial port of LeptonTaggers from r21 (!66768 (merged)) continues. This MR fixes several warnings about lepton variables not being decorated, usually by restoring the decorator functionality.
This MR should only be merged after !67496 (merged)
