TRT high thresholds for fast-OR trigger - ATR-28372

The main goal of this merge request is to allow adjustment of the TRT high threshold used in fast-OR trigger for heavy ions. Additionally, a minor correction to the trigger logic is applied.

In the TRT_Digitization package the high threshold limits are lowered to allow threshold values used in heavy ion collisions. In the TrigT1TRT package a python script, for overriding the high thresholds in job options, is added. It is also included in the CMakeLists.

A correction to the trigger logic in TrigT1TRT package is applied.

Build area was cleaned as per request posted in the DB. The full software build will be performed
