Fixed clang compilation error and warnings

1. MuonHitCsvDump (error). constexpr variable angleTolerance must be initialized by a constant expression. Non-constexpr function cos cannot be used in a constant expression. Introduced by !67785 (merged) CC @jojungge

2. InDetGNNTracking (warnings). Removed unused private data members and local variables. Introduced by !67798 (merged) CC @jburzyns
