Add recording of TrackSurfaces

Tomasz Bold requested to merge tbold/athena:record-track-surfaces into main

This MR adds recording of TrackSurface container from MTJ and TrackStorage (soon TrackSummary). In addtion:

  • names of TrackSummary is fixed
  • ESD file writing is configured in ActsWorkflow test

Tagging FI @wolter - after this is in one can realy look into produced surfaces in pool/root file FI @ncalace @adye @toyamaza @pagessin @cvarni - pleas tag whoever cold be interested. BTW. should we record output fron GSF in this test as well?
