Remove getTruthTauP4Prompt function from TauTruthMatchingTool - outdated

This MR is removing "getTruthTauP4Prompt" function from the TauTruthMatchingTool. These functions are trying to access elements which are not decorated anymore on the tau, so they are outdated (already outdated in R21)
