Add Multiple File Force-Input Capability to FullCPAlgorithmsTest_X.py

The --force-input flag for FullCPAlgorithmsTest_XX.py (where XX = eljob, jobOptions, CA) can only intake one AOD file at the moment. This merge request enables the test to run on multiple files.
