new calibkey for new HLT large-R jet calibration
Adding a new calibration key for HLT large-R jets TrigHLTSoftDrop configuring the new JES+JMS calibration derived by @ibamwidh in ATR-26647.
This calibration can be enabled during running via a flag in the preExec called Trigger.Jet.pflowLJCalibKey. It's not ready to be used as default yet; the next step is to request an HLT reprocessing to test the impact of the new calibration.
