Update the LAr digital trigger monitoring code. Mainly fixing the python in order to reflect changes that were made before christmas (speeding up the .cxx)

@ekay This appears to significantly increase the CPU time of LArDigitalTriggMonAlg, perhaps due to the increase in the number of histograms monitored. Was this expected, and if so it may be good to just cross check that all these figures are necessary, thanks!
