Draft: Adding Xbb support in SelectionTool

As described in AFT-676, adding Xbb support in SelectionTool which access the posteriors and calculates the discriminant score based on the fractions from CDI.

Code is mainly from !66510 (closed).

Not ready to be merged yet, need to be tested on a R22 Xbb CDI.
