Add MetaDataSvc to ProxyProviderSvc in ReadAthenaxAODHybrid.py

Old-style configuration of the hybrid reading seems to miss providing MetaDataSvc to the ProxyProviderSvc.ProviderNames which leads to issue reported in ATEAM-954.
