B-physics trigger: L1_BKeePrimaryLegacy and L1_BKeePrescaledLegacy seeds correspond to data23

• L1_BKeePrimaryLegacy and L1_BKeePrescaledLegacy seeds correspond to data23 (namely to Athena,23.0.35 - July 2023)
• !68396 (merged) chains with Phase1 L1 utems added to BKeePrimaryLegacy by mistake were moved back to BKeePrimary
• all L1 items for L1_BKeePrimary are in place except one L1 Phase1 item needed to replace for legacy 'L1_3J15p0ETA25_XE40'
• 'L1_eTAU60_2cTAU20M_jXE80' should be moved from L1/Menu/Menu_MC_pp_run3_v1.py to Physics to avoid TriggerMenuMT:L1Seeds ERROR L1 item L1_eTAU60_2cTAU20M_jXE80 from L1_BKeePrimary seeds is not in current L1 menu
• added 'L1_TAU25IM_2TAU20IM_2J25_3J20' item back but to L1/Menu/Menu_MC_pp_run3_v1.py instead of Physics
