Explicitly specify the geometry tag in L1Topo

After MR !65253 (merged), the L1Topo Simulation started to crash due to missing the geometry flag after the removal of the default geometry tag from the flags. This MR explicitly adds the geometry tag to the L1Topo configuration file. Related: ATR-28745
