Removing InDetRecExample here should take care of the AthGeneration warning

The CITest_Trigger_athenaHLT_v1Cosmic-test will be straightforward to address, doing this now

InnerDetectorOverlay_jobOptions.py hopefully will be addressed by ATLASSIM-7058? Some of the tests are explicitly named "legacy" though, so I don't know if rather these tests will simply be completely replaced... probably.
