RecExRecoTest: Move MET Reco test to CA from RecExCommon.

  • Addresses ATLASRECTS-7842. Follows format of other executables in the python/ directory, and removes the previous test in share/.
  • Also renames the MET Reco test/ executable to match other tests. This will break any users who call the test name directly.
  • As recommended at today's CA Hackathon, updates all tests from using Athena_DIR to python -m so that they point to the correct python test in a sparse checkout (otherwise may point to cmvfs version).
